Simplex's SWIFT Support Packages are a key component of our offering to the SWIFT community. Our support packages are designed first and foremost to provide a cost-effective solution to our customers' SWIFT operations, allowing their focus to remain on their core business processes. SWIFT is a mission-critical application and as such needs specific attention which can often be a distraction from the day-to-day IT operations of a business.

Our Support Packages range from standard assistance with SWIFT operations, to fully outsourced managed services, and are all designed to provide our customers with peace of mind. Simplex offers three SWIFT Support Packages:
