Our service is hosted in two separate
data centres, providing both hot standby
and disaster recovery capability.
The data centres are outside
the City of London, and being over 40
miles apart, avoid the risk of a single
event resulting in dual failure.
Connectivity between
our customers and the Service Bureau
is available through a range of secure
options. For example, a Virtual Private
Network (VPN) link offers a secure "tunnel"
across the Internet, protected by firewalls
at either end.
The customer retains full
control over the message flows and message
routing, via a user-friendly GUI with
rules based configuration options running
on local workstations.

Our packaged SWIFTNet connectivity service
offers clients a simple, low risk and
cost effective way to connect to SWIFT
- from the initial application, through
implementation and ongoing service provision.
For organizations new
to SWIFT, we help to evaluate the options
for how to connect, and how to utilise
the various SWIFT offers in order to
maximize value. We also help to complete
the necessary SWIFT documentation, and
to steer the application through the
process in line with SWIFT deadlines.
Once a customer has selected
the Service Bureau option, our consultants
will conduct a site survey which will
identify relevant options for customer
connectivity to the Service Bureau,
host link connectivity and security.
Organizational and operational details
necessary to pre-configure the system
will be identified and customer training
tailored to meet specific needs.
During implementation,
our experienced consultants are on hand
to provide support where needed. Once
the system is live, our permanently
manned help desk service is available
to provide rapid response to rectify
any problems. We also keep in regular
touch to monitor customer satisfaction
and address any new needs which may
arise.
